南インド国際映画賞 タミル語映画部門主演女優賞（みなみインドこくさいえいがしょう タミルごえいがぶもんしゅえんじょゆうしょう、SIIMA Award for Best Actress – Tamil）は、南インド国際映画賞の賞の一つ。タミル語映画に出演した女優を表彰する賞で、一般人の投票によって選出される。
