This map was not created in 1912. Severnaya Zemlya Islands (marked on map as Земля Императора Николая II) was discovered only in September 1913. Other sources indicate, that Julij Mihajlovič Šokal'skīj created this map in 1914 and it was printed between 1914 and 1915 (see library stamp at bottom).
